And I was right.. Compared to the wife's Excursion my dually's air just didn't blow hard enough.. After some investigation this is what I found..


Made a huge difference.. Now it actually gets the whole cab cooled down in this wonderful 115 degree heat..

It is mainly a shredded plastic bag. Of course after that clogged it up everything got caught in there. I was surprised, everything was easy to take apart.. Time consuming but easy..

mine was 15 years in the making also,i have a 95 and it didnt blow worth a crap either,i took the condenser out and it had 2inchs of dust, poots and toenails in it man!! i sprayed all that crap out and dipped it in a bucket of clorox and then proceeded to use a whole can of lysol,febreeze and half a bottle of that georgio armani cologne on it...

I didn't unhook the system so I just pulled it out enough to use a scribe, compressed air, and a stiff bristle brush..

Yeah, with all that I don't think you ever have to worry about smelling bad.. I bet they can smell you coming a mile away.. In a good way!! LOL!!!!
