Lumbar Replacement

Has anyone replaced the lumbar support in a 1999 Lariat captain chair? Mine blew out.

I had the leather replaced on driver and passenger seats. They also recovered the arm rest with leather. At the time, the upholstery shop rebuilt the lumbar support. Half the cost was the leather, he said I could have saved about $100 if I had removed and replaced the seats. The seats total was $800.
