shifter boot

Where can I get a new shifter boot and the trim ring that screws to the floor for my 99 6 speed.. I called the local dealer they say its not available I tried e-bay, tried searching online and tried powerstroke shop also ..

any help would be great as when I put the tranny back in yesterday the shifter trim ring had a small crack in it as I was tightening it down it finished cracking and now it is broken and looks like crap ..

I thought the same.. Ill try a different dealership when Im gone on vacation this comming week I'm heading to northbay to the cottage for the week and they have some bigger Ford dealerships there maybe they can get me one

I would try calling another dealer i had that happen when looking for a wiper motor

I wouldnt think so. At least on the boot anyway

It didn't but it depends on which lazy parts guy you get

I just check lmc too, no listing ... very good suggestion though I didnt even know they sold stuff for the superduty .. I have bought things from them for my 79 but didnt think they delt with newer stuff and their prices are decent too

got to be careful I have heard their carpet is junk but most are compared to OEM sometimes they got good deals sometimes they are expensive
