dashlight bulbs

Does anybody have a part # on the dash bulbs, I'm looking to replace mine with LED bulbs but need to know the part # unfortunately they don't list it in the owners manual says to contact dealer for replacement. So any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Tim

I took mine out one night cause I was bored and didn't have anything better to do. it didn't take that long. Just scary like anything else envolving plastic. The piece around the radio, instruments, etc, pops pretty good when it comes loose. I don't suppose it took me more than half hour to have the instrument cluster laying on the work bench. I think it all started cause there was dust on the guages that I couldn't get to

I used a putty knife and started on the right end of the dash to pop it loose. you want your wheel down as far as it will go, and you'll have to drop it into 1st gear if you have an automatic. Once you get your fingers in behind the plastic piece, it pops right off along there. Be sure to disconnect your powerpoint, it has a short harness. I think the only tools I used were the putty knife and a hex driver to take out the cluster.

hope that helps!!!!

farmboy is right....its not that bad.....you will need a 7mm socket or nut driver.....and some kind of a non sharp, think utinsal to pry with. also, if you take the time to remove the plastic cover from the steering column....its easier to get the trim and cluster off, but thats not something you absolutely have to do.....there are three electrical connectors after you get everythig unbolted on the back of the cluster.....and then changing hte bulbs is as easy as twisting out the sockets.........Marc
