Question cap stays powered up

2000 f350
problem..... when i turn the key off, the radio, dome lights stay on. the only way to turn them off is to unhook the battery........

Nothing has been changed or modded in the last 6 months. No keyless entry....This issue just started today.

Yeah its a small wire that runs to the amp to tell it when to turn on. If its shorting on something it will make it stay on
