power window gremlins

I have a truck that the passenger side window goes up, but won't go down.

When pushing up on the passenger side switch and someone pushes down on the drivers switch, it will stop the motor from going up, but neither switch will go down. Both switches will move the window up though.
Any ideas?

sounds liek the contacts in both switches are bad. had one do this to me. I replaced the switch pack, and all is good. found em on here I believe, someone was parting a truck out.

where is the location of the switch pack?
