I don't now what year they started using them, but any 99-07 power rear window will work. I put one in mine and I love it

I found it on Craigslist. It's a direct replacement for your window. It's got 2 wires that come off the motor. You need a double pole, double throw switch to make it operate. You can get a switch from Ford but IIRC, I thought it was too high so I bought a switch from Radio Shack

There's not really much to take a pic of. The window operates off of a cable. The motor hangs off the window and mounts to the back wall of the cab. I had to add on to the plug from the motor (I'm sure you could get the harness from Ford if you wanted it to be like factory) and run it up to the dash where I mounted my switch. You've gotta have power and ground and that's all there is to it
