99 center console removal-having problems

I have a 99 f250 lariat regular cab with buckets and a console. I want to remove the center console to fit a sub box in it, but i cant get the 4 torques bolts out of the bottom. They just spin and dont seem like they are coming loose at all.

Any ideas? I dont want to trash the console just incase the sub box doesnt work or someday that i might want to put it back in.

Thanks
Mike

they should be fixed bolts, just unscrew them a few turns and the console should lift out

No they wont come out. Just keep spinning and are not coming up at all. Seems like the inserts are just spinning in the floor.
