door panel removal 03 250

I have taken may panels off over the years, but these seem to be different! Do they just pop off like the rest or do they slide up and then out or >?????> Need some help!

there are a few screws..forgive me if I miss a few...

There is one down near the red light and I think 2 by the handle to open the door. Its been 2 years since I took it off. I think you find the screws when you take off the window and door switch (it'll just pop off) and the red light cover/panel.

then i think there are a few pressure/push fit pins around the perimeter that you loosen, then you then have to push the entire door panel UP nearly an inch., then it will come off.

THANKS! I looked for screws but never saw any... will go back and look again!
