Passenger Window Switch

Is there a known issue with the power window switch for the passengers side going bad? It goes down with no problem, but getting it to go up it takes some tinkering. Both switches are acting up, my door and the pass side door.

If both switches are acting up I would think it maybe the motor going out. I have never seen both switches go bad at once. I would take the door panel off and take check out the motor that runs the window up and down.

It could be the connection just being dirty or loose. Or it could be a bad spot on the brushes of the motor that operates the window. Let us know the out come of it. I am having the same problem with my drivers side window I just have not gotten around to checking it out.
