The hole on the Superduty is an inch to small so If you made the hole a little bigger then they would fit. But if you try and put them in right now they will not fit in the hole all the way.

Anybody got any ideas as to which ones sound the best. I want some bass... NOT ALOT, clear mids/highs and I don't want it to rattle or vibrate the door panels!

My recommendations to you for what you want.

Some 3 or 4 way 6x8's ran through a 200-400 watt amp, add one or two 8 inch subs for sorround sound quality. I like memphis audio speakers myself but as far as sound goes I think it is all pretty much personal preffrence. As long as it is a high quality name brand you will be ok. Something like, Pionneer, JVC, Memphis, blaupunkt, mtx, kicker, JL audio, kenwood, alpine. Any one of those brands sound good. I got JVC because I can not afford Memphis.

If I get any bass I'll just get a little base tube but I don't want a loud thump thump and I want to be able to remove it easily like my old subbox.

I was holding some 5 way speakers (SPL) and some 3 ways (alpine?) 2 weekends ago when making a custom box for my buddy and they surely don't look like they'll fit.

i have boston acoustic mids and highs in my super duty... they are 6x9 up front so i had to cut to fit them in... they are running off a 4 channel JL audio amp... also have 2 10 sups run off a 1000 watt amp..... the alpine's are also very good....

Raul, where did you put your subs. Are they behind the seat? I want to see some pics.
