Cup Holders

I have seen talk on other sites about replacing the cup holder under the radio in the 99's with a newer one that will actualy hold a cup. Is it as easy as getting a newer one from the dealer and installingi it or is there some fabrication invovled?

No fabrication needed

They bolt right it. 4 screws. I paid 62 dollars from the dealer (gray) and this one actually holds a cup . They told me 62 was their cost. Seemed a bit high but I was tired of my drinks flying across the cab.

I got mine thru powerstrokeshop. I think I paid much cheaper for mine. I've got the early prairie tan interior so the color doesn't exactly match but it is much better than what I had. It's definitely worth it.
