Cigarette /ac power HELP!

My fuse is good but the cigarette lighter and acpower port do not work. Anyone have any ideas?

Adrian replace it anyway. Sometimes they look good but are still blown

Did you check the fuse with a test light ? its the only efficient way to do it, you cant tell if its burnt or not just by looking at it.

Changing the fuse didn't do anything. Plus I was using my auto enginuity and the OBDII port is working
