hog rings? If you look at one of the first links in this thread it shows cabelas trail gear seats. They come with some black fastening rings outside the seats. Is that what you mean? Because I want them actually stitched to the vinyl so they dont move around and bunch up etc

Ya they do look pretty good. I'm going to take my truck to an upholstery shop when I get my covers and make sure they look stock and tight. What are yours made out of?

Marathon seat covers are slip on and fit just like stock. I've had mine on for over two years and they are still snug and fit great. My dogs own the back seat and even with them crawling around and getting in and out wet and dirty, they still look like the day i put them on. They are water proof and very easy to clean if needed. They will be the only seat cover i will ever buy again. My uncle bought some of the ones like posted above in another post, and they only lasted a little over a year. He's got the marathon now and love them. They cost a little more than most, but i think they out last them by a long shot and are worth the money.

I have had mine for @ 6mos. There is no sign of wear on mine. I don't have a dog so no comments about that. They seam very durable to me. The ywould fit tighter if the original seat foam wasn't worn out where you get in and out of the drivers seat. My truck has 202000 miles on it.
Look at the other side pic.

I don't know anything about Marathon seats but these GT seat covers are quality items.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the input guys!

I was thinking last night, (ok more like obsessing) and I think I'm just gonna pick up some new seats for the front and rear. I'm about to make another thread on this right now actually
