Angry Guage cluster problems

I have a y2k f-350,myy guages just started to act weired.The other day i ran slap out of fuel with my guage showing half a tank,now all my warning lights will flash the guages will flutter and go back to normal with lights going off.Someone please help!

Had same problem. Took dash apart a couple of times and finally found a connector not fully seated on the back of the instrument cluster. If I remember right it was on the top side back of the instrument cluster and connected two circuit boards togehter that were
90 degrees apart.
