BRAKE Controller

Could a guy make the 05 and newer Brake Controller and upfitter switches work in his 2003 7.3L? I have a Brake controller already, but my dad keeps telling me I should upgrade my lower dash to include the upfitters and brake controller. I know I could make the upfitters work, but would the brake controller work? Thanks in advance guys.

I don't know how the wiring is on the newer ford controllers, but you should be able to pick up an older pig tail, and the wiring might be the same, and just plug right in like your current one is.

Of course this is all speculation in my head, without ever seeing how the 05+ controllers wiring is.
