dash brake/seat belt/ airbag light ?

i've had my 99 7.3l for a couple of years now, and i'm going threw and sprucing er all up. but what i can't figure out, is why some of my dash lights don't work. my brake light doesn't light up ( for when the parking brake is on), or my seat belt light, or the airbag light ( i think it should only pop on during start up, or if something is wrong). i've checked all fuses and all are fine. another thing is that there is a chime that goes off randomly, it is 5 beeps spaced one second apart i believe it is for the air bag system. i'm hopping that all of these problems are related and it is a quick fix. if anyone has any advice or input, it would be greatly appreciated.
