GTP38R IS THIS A GOOD DEAL.

Hello Members,

I am new to these forums but wanted to ask a question.
I am looking for somewhat mild upgrades for my truck.
2003 F350 7.3 and came across a great deal on the GTP38R
turbo has anyone used it and what type of power could be expected
with that turbo. I also have the Edge Juice W/attitude and upgraded downpipe and exhaust system. Also if anyone is interested here is a link to the turbo:

GARRETT GTP38R Dual Ball Bearing Turbo POWERSTROKE KIT:eBay Motors (item 110401816212 end time Jun-19-09 11:41:31 PDT)

Thanks for any input

James

Thank you. What chip do you recommend. I paid a lot for the Edge and it has the temp monitor and everything. I thought it was a good one. Maybe I should have joined this forum earlier.

Thanks for the input.

Yes I thought it was a good deal as well. He sent me their phone # and the guy said he has 4 of them in stock. He also said he may give me a little more discount if I buy direct rather than through eBay. I think I am going to go for it.

Thanks for the input

Check through the sponsers for some of those tuners. You will be very happy. I would get some analog gauges. They will save your truck if you push it too far, not to mention look good too. Have fun.

I had an Edge Evolution before I got my Dp F-6! There is no comparison........My 80hp econo from Dp blows away the extreme setting on the edge. Dp or Wildman............it was a hard choice for me, but I went Dp
