Injector/HPOP Problem

I haven't been happy with my performance lately and had my truck scanned. It showed low injector pressure. I'm about 1,000 psi shy of what Jody said I should be getting. What is the process to find out if I have bad injectors or a bad HPOP. Thanks

So what was your ICP? dont just say its 1,000 psi low of what Jody said it should be.

Why dont you run a BUZZ test and that will tell you if you have a bad injector

The guy who scanned it said it read 15 Mega paskels or something like that which equals approx 2091 psi. We called Jody and he said it should be running 22 mega paskels which should be more like 3100 psi. Jody said he had the same problem with his excursion when we called him. Can I run a buzz test or do I have to have someone do it. Sorry of the questions but I'm learning this end of it still.

On more reason im not running Jody's tuning anymore. 3100psi is to high. should be running between 2600 and 2800 psi

AutoEnginuity software will be able to do a buzz test on the injectors. Very usefull tool to have around. AutoEnginuity PC Scan Tool (USB)

If it is your HPOP you may want to look at an Adrenaline. I replaced mine because it was leaking and am very happy with it even without tunes yet. Good luck!

What? 2800 psi is a joke.

To the OP: Listen to your Tuner.

Is that all you have for a response? Please tell us all who told you that 2600 psi is enough? That is a joke in it's self, especially with Hybrids. With hybrids, you should have a minimum of 3000psi at WOT. Anything less, is a JOKE!
