Cold Temp Remedy, Anyone use this???

ZEROSTART TANK-TYPE ENGINE HEATERS - CarParts Quality Discount Parts and Accessories

has anyone used this in addition to the block heater?? I live where it can get below zero and the block heater even seems to need some help. Any feedback on someone using this product appreciated.

I don't have any real experience in cold weather unless you call 50 degrees cold but I would think that your still going to have the problem of fuel gelling, right?
