Exhaust and Boost question.

I just reinstalled my TW chip into my truck. It currently has the stock exhaust until next week when i will be putting on the MBRP turbo back 4 inch.

Boost at WOT on extreme with the stock exhaust is 22.

I was wondering if the bigger exhaust will increase my boost???????? I was seeing 26 to 27 in my 2000 with the same set up ( 4 inch )

No... you must have a boost leak or a week wastegate or something.
