flushing trans cooler

I've got a 6.0 tranny cooler that's new to me. I need to flush it without it on the truck in preparation for the BTS trans install this weekend. I have no idea how to do it. Any tips?

You could take it to a radiator shop. I think I would use a vacum pump and draw trans fluid through it.

When I had my tranny built, my builder gave me a can of this.

I guess I need to find that aerosol can local. I don't have the time to wait for shipping. I debated a trans shop flush but with finals the next to days and a planned install on Friday I don't have to the time to take it in.
