99 upgrades

first off thanks to everyone for all there help on this forum, i,m working on a 99 and have installed a programmer cold air intake and a full set of gauges and was wondering what the next logical step is for more air flow, exhaust? and or intake pipe and turbo pipe mayby cfm? also which shift kit do you guys recommend for the tranny if any, we do haul a trailer from time to time. thanks again guys!!

do you know if its an early or late 99? also what "programmer" did you install?

first off welcome to the Org....

it does not matter which one goes first. either exhaust or intake... your not going to get crazy power out of it but you will drop your egt's.... go with a straight piped exhaust and you will be very happy... as for teh intake the best bang for your bucks IMO is the S&B unit...

i would upgrade to a while new valvebody like John woods or BTS over the shift kit... you will have to have the chip rebured for either of those or the shift kit...
