Anymore "cheapy" Mods that I can do?

Well I have had my diesel for about 7 months now(look at sig). These are my upgrades in the order that I put them on. When I got truck gas milage was about 13.8 to 14mpg.

Magnaflow 5" Turbo Back Kit
AIH Delete
Tymar Intake
All new filters and fluids
New Ford up pipe Donut Gaskets
Wicked Wheel
CCV Mod

After these mods my truck is seeing 15.8 to 16.2 mpg

I am wondering is there other cheapy mods I can do before I buy gauges and a DP Tuner.

Some I see on the forum are:
EBVP Delete
10K Mod
Boost Fooler
Watsegate Controller
????????

What should I do next and yes I know gauges should already be done(working on it).

Hey man thanks for the info. Just did the potentiometer mod today, man cant believe I did not do that sooner. I bought a 10K adjustable resistor then wired that to a switch, hooked it up and she GOES! Kills the gas mileage though.
