Y'all are gonna kill me!
Yes i know slap me in the face
but im lookin to run a single stack. I've got a 5'' exhasut on currently. Anyone make a kit that big (Vendors?) or is it possible to build a kit myself? Which would be cheaper? Last question: What height stack comes out even with the roof? |

Most stacks go from the size of the stack down to a 5 inch so it should be pretty easy.

Do you know of any places that offer a kit for a 5'' exhaust though? Most kits i see are for 4''.

You would probably have the buy a fitting but it should be alot easier to find.

all you need is a 90* and a stack, 2 band clamps, and a clamp to hold the stack to the bed. its not too hard

Also would you happen to have a vid of your truck with the 5" exhaust. im getting on in the near future but id like to know how it sounds.

Ah sorry man no video, my camera is MIA. I can tell you its LOUD. Lots of whistle. Go with the budget kit from raul. Fit is exceptional.

Make it yourself for sure. I think i have 50 bucks into mine, its a 5" with a rain cap. Its 4" from the downpipe with a piece of flex about a foot long underneath between the cab and box before it turns up. I actually used an old 5" exhaust tip for my reducer. The pipe is just 5" thinwall that i got for like 10 bucks, painted and bolted a cap on.
