TW Chip options?

I'm planning on getting a custom tuned TW chip (I haven't heard one bad thing about them ANYWHERE!)
I'm wondering if anyone really knows the difference between Stock, Economy, and Daily. I want a good setting for driving when I'm not hauling anything, or trying to beat a some poor rice-burner off the line. But I'm curious if there is enough of a difference to justify getting Economy AND Daily- or should I just go with one, and then my towing options?
This is what I'm thinking of for my options

"Hi-Idle"-(I live in North Dakota), Economy, Tow or Heavy Tow, and Extreme

-OR- add a Daily or Stock in there?

Advice please!
