turbo housing

When you replace the intake turbo housing to get rid of surge should i use an ats 1.00 housing or could i use a 1.15 non wastegate housing i found on ebay. I dont know much about turbos so any help would be great. I don't know how to link to the ad on ebay but here is the item number. 170318964163. thanks

I would first get a WW as it cures surge 90% of the time. Takes less than 1 hour to install and cost about $85 delivered.

that is what I did. No more surge issues pulling my 12k 5er.
