4 Position Tuner?

I just bought a 2000 F350, 7.3 4WD.

There is a 4 position dial mounted under the dash. I would assume that the 4 positions are Stock,Towing, Economy and Performance.

There are no markings or any indicators as to which position is which or what brand it is. I can definately tell which is stock and which one is performance.

Any ideas.

Also the fuel guage is stuck on full. Any ideas?

look at the pcm right behind the park brake and see what kind it is make sure you dont pull the chip out or anything.
