afe Stage 2 intake tube rubbing on intercooler pipes

So lately I've been hearing a weird rattle type noise at idle, popped the hood to try and find out what it was, and noticed the afe intake tube and the intercooler tube are rubbing against each other. It's been almost 2 years since I installed the afe, so I don't remember if it's always been this way or if this is something new. The intercooler tube looks to be properly secured, but I haven't spent a whole lot of time looking at it as there's over a foot of snow on the ground right now.

Is this normal? If not, any ideas on why they're rubbing up against each other and how to go about correcting it?
