How long has it been since you emailed them with your situation?

Can you describe what you think is wrong? I know Jody is in Utah live tuning the WOP dragster this weekend.

Give it some time if it goes two weeks or more without some communication than start asking about their customer service. Things happen spur of the moment when you own a business and have a family so just relax. They will get to you.

I have one email from a Mike in my inbox from today. I just now opened my outlook from when I was out. Since we are closed on Friday's and Jody is in SLC tuning, I was gone today taking care of some personal appointments for myself and just now returned from our 8 year olds baseball game. (they won)

Did you send it to our sales email account? I am going to need more info then "your chip is dead". Is the truck not starting or is the LED not illuminated?

I'll check this thread tomorrow morning and get back to you.
