Does anyone make a 5" dp?

Not really plannin on it, but would it even fit? I have to figure it would sound pretty good.

I'm sure somebody makes them, or at least could....but you would need a big hammer to make it work. I'm pretty sure it's overkill for almost all street driven setups and even some/most that are "off-road only".

There would be no velocity for the exhaust exiting the turbo, so I would think there would be a loss in power becuase of it. On 7.3 and 6.0 they should ideally be 3.5 for performance reasons. 4" will fit fine, 5" would have to be a 5" oval becuase there is no way it would fit on a 7.3 or 6.0 without a ton of beating, and would still rub something. OBS good luck getting anything bigger than a 3" in there without a BFH.

I don't think you could get it to fit. But you are fixed by the size of the exhaust housing anyways and would have to reduce the size... I don't seen any benefit, just a pain in the butt to install..
