Im not sure what the thread type is, but i believe I've seen an adapter for like 6 or 8 bucks on BlackCloudDiesel.com and I also think that Dfuse.com has them as well.

Cool Fuel pressure

That should be a -4 o-ring fitting. I had a 90degree one in the garage. It suprised me that it was SAE. O-ring SAE fittings are sae coarse thread. I used the 90 and ran a hose around the batteries up to the core support. I put an 11/2 100psi gauge I can read easy. I will in the future put an electric gauge inside. Be careful not to break the cap on the reg. There $50.00 at ford. Diesel innovations has an aftermarket cap for $40.00 that would be hard to break. Make sure you cover the area below the reg. with rags.

You can do this to any PSD. You can also stack this with any other chip or programmer. Check it out at Black cloud or dfuser, they sell kits. If you search the site you can find articals on building your own for less than $20.00

That's funny, look in the background of my PIC and you'll see my Excursion. I had tried different things between the two. There are some PCM differences and they respond to the changes like SES warnings and flashing O/D light from the mods.

Cool Fuel pressure

I was at the GDS site looking at the ballbuster turbos and spotted a fuel pressure spring for $20.00. They recommend this over shimming because of the spring material is of a higher grade. But get this. The spring bumps the fuel pressure up to 95psi. T=I wa told that over 75 was dangerous. I tested my truck up to 130 where the pump stall's but did note how much better it ran at 95 or 100psi. Anybody else try the higher settings?
