E-series non-wastgate turbo on 01 truck

I have a stock non-wast gate turbo and pedestal from a van. Can i bolt this on my 2001 truck, if i buy the exhaust adapter?

Will the pedestal work is my main question?

That's a tough one, but my advice would not be to put a used factory turbo on your rig just because it doesn't have a wastegate. Is the E-series turbo Garrett?

Thanks Guys. I am rebuilding it. I just didnt know if it would work on the pedestal.
There are kits for sale that come with a "blank" pedestal and the exhaust adapter. Why would there be a market for "blank" pedestals if the late model( 2 bolt) pedestal will work?
I going to bolt it on there and see if and how it all works, but just didnt know if I needed to buy the "blank" pedestal

The blank pedestal is just a pedestal that does not have an EBPV!

You'd just slap a turbo on your truck not knowing it's history??? I'd hate to be your truck.
