which boost fooler
Well i decided its time to get a boost fooler, but which one? I saw one from SP that plugged into the wiring harness and i see some from ITP that have a guage you can dial in, so which kind is the best?

I did the DIY works great. It is a air presure regulator you gan buy at any hardware. as long as it regulates down to below 20psi.

i bought the SP one that your talking about it works fine but it is the same thing as a 4.7v zener diode that you can get for a $1 if you have a electronics store near you or get one from ebay or different places and it just crimps inbetween two wires from the map sensor theres threads about it on here. But buy the time I seen these threads I had already ordered mine but its not to late for you. Noone has had a problem with them that I know of. The SP diesel one is the diode just prettier with a harness with it.

i think its the best choice I just wish I would have seen the threads before I bought mine would have saved about $49. i could fined the threads for you if you cant and post the link on here. The diode just limits the signal to the computer to 4.7v which is under the limit so the computer thinks your at normal boost levels when your not

ya. the 4.7 kicks butt. you dont have to splice either. just push into place inside the plug.

Just go to Home Depot and pick one up... Then set it with your air compressor.
