Looking to up grade my truck 1999 F350 PSD

I have a 1999 Ford F350 dually PSD M\T trans I was looking to get more power, torque and a lift kit. Please hit me back with any good mods or ideas.

A custom burnt chip like a Tony Wildman, DP-Tuner would be the top choice for a chip. Intake, exhaust, Pyrometer and Trans Temp gauges, boost if you want it.

Yeah the lift i'm not too sure about. Problem is that there are so many of them out there that the only way to get a good opinion I think is from people who have had multiple kits or something. People who have had one truck with one lift and like it doesn't say a whole lot to help you decide.

I have a 99 F350 Dually and have a garret ball bearing turbo and edge juice w/ the attitude monitor and love it, it's worth the money i'll recommend it to anybody
