You will need to update the crossover, intake and up pipes to the late 99-02 parts to run that turbo. I believe the Beans D66 is a better bolt on turbo for the E99. Do some research, there is alot to be learned from 20 mins of google.

E1999 Crewcab Short bed SW: 06 Front axle swap with ICON leveling kit and PMF 3-link. N-Fab side steps. ICON rear shocks. 06 Front end with 10 rear end. PHP chip, straight piped with AEM intake. Rigid lights. 35 Hercules Trail Diggers on 20x10 Procomp wheels.

a d66 would be perfect and its the only drop in available for an e99.

like Op said you need intake manifold, up pipes, intake plenums, pedestal to make the later style setup work.

Go with a D66 from beans with a billet wheel and 1.00 exhaust outlet and you'll be very happy with stock injectors. Should hit mid 20s but faster spool up than stock and with bigger injectors (up to stage 2s) you can hit 40 psi with this turbo set up. This is my plan just need the money! But I hope to have 180/30 when I do it.

Next up: Rebuild Kit and Billet Wheel, Fixing E-brake so I can park on hills!

There are a few who make the D66 version. Beans, Industrial Injection, BD-diesel, Barder, and a few others. I carry the Industrial and BD version if your interested.

Or you can send your turbo in and have it machined into a D66 and buy the bigger 66mm wheel.
