clutch vibration in reverse

New to forum and I hope someone can give me some ideas. 99' F350, 4X4, 6 spd manual, 4:10 axle, I had a vibration/jerking in reverse when towing a 10,000 lb horsetrailer and the Ford dealer replaced clutch, pivot bearing, turned flywheel and it seemed to help for couple thousand miles. Now it's started again only when towing. I have to put the truck in 4 wheel drive low range now to back up. very frustrating....any ideas appreciated.
