Exhaust tips..

Ordered a 5" mbrp turbo back exhaust today. Looking around at tips. So, how big a tip is to big? Was looking at 5inlet and 8 outlet, but then came across a 5in 10out. Would that look weird? Can't seem to find any pictures with 10" mounted. Anyone have any pics of tips on their own rides? Thanks.

Its going on his cummins

Seriously though do not go bigger than 8''. I like my 5'' tip on 4 inch exhaust so 6'' tip on a 5'' exhaust would look good.

My personal rule of thumb is no more then 2" bigger then the starting diameter, other wise it looks way to big and gawdy

ive got 5" with 6" tip and it looks good but I wouldn't want anything bigger than a 6" tip. JMHO

I have a 4" exhaust with a 5" tip and it looks just fine. I wouldn't go any bigger than 6" at the max. 10" would just be ridiculously stupid in my opinion.
