clutch help

Ok i have done a ton of research, but I'm still confused on what brand and type of clutch to go with. I know South Bend or Valair is what I'm going with. I tow a 5th wheel camper once a year, and a 22ft center console boat a few times a year. 99% of the time it is just normal driven. I will be adding a D66 turbo, and rosewood or full force stage one injectors, with a custom tuned TS chip. I'm not sure of the HP or TQ the truck will make. Any suggestions on brand and type of clutch to go with?

early 99 Red F-250 XL SD, 7.3L, 6-speed manual, Extended Cab, Long Bed, 4x4 Off Road, and Reflexxion Cowl Hood, Ion Alloy 183 wheels, 05 headlights with 6000k AC HID kit, and led turn signals, Ford ASI filter w/ zoodad mod and foam sleeve, TS 6 position chip, Auto Meter Z series Boost and EGT gauges, and straight pipe oem exhaust. .
