Gear head custom tunes

Has anybody ever ran gearhead custom tunes? Did you like them or not?

99 f350 7.3 4 door auto trans, 6637 intake, 4" exhaust, 6 blade compressor wheel, gearhead custom tunes, adrenaline hpop

I haven't ran them, but lots of people talk excellent about them. Have heard they have the best transmission tuning available.

01 f250CCSB, 285/75/16 GY duratracs, 4 inch diamond eye straight pipe, riff raff 6637, php Phoenix chip, tru-cool, riffraff billet wheel, isspro EGT gauge and torque app.

I've had mine for a year and a half or better. They run great. I won't say they are the fastest tunes by SOP fee l but they run great and Matt tunes safely not for maximum HP or TQ numbers while disregarding other parameters to achieve it. Low smoke , engine runs quiet and not all cackly , shifting is good , mpg are good , egt's in check , customer service is about as good as it gets , no boost fooler needed , what else are you looking for ?? However , I am basing my opinions off the fact that I am looking for MPG , driveability, low smoke , and good power. I've run a few with good power but excessive smoke , or good power and crap mpg's.
Been with quite a few of the tuners talked about on here and I prefer Matt's tuning over other names I tried. Also have a chip with Powerstruck and his are in line with GH as well if you your looking at options.

I like some smoke will it still blow a little bit when I'm messin around on the weekends? Lol

I have them and really like them. Trans shifts excellent and it barely even smokes even in the all out tune. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't make any more boost than my canned TS tunes did, but I'm just being nitpicky.

Great trans tuning, good power, low smoke.

Good tuning.

Why would you be concerned about boost numbers? Is that some number that means something?

No it isn't but I was reading about people getting 25+ with a stock turbo and Gearhead tunes, I was just expecting more than 22.

You have issues you need to fix if all your seeing is 22 and i'd start looking somewhere else than the chip.....

Sold 01 350 6" on 37's and mild mods, 00 X 4" on 35's, 02 f350 4" 35's molded from fan to drive shaft, ridin the 03 with nose conversion with 125k and counting upwards slowly.
Never had CNC on any of it, never will.
Take 3/4 of the info and recommendations on here with a grain of salt
