Are the TS 6 position canned tunes tranny safe?

I am looking at buying a meticulously maintained 2000 Ex with 181k, S&B intake, 5 inch MBRP, CTS, and TS 6 position with canned tunes on it. I know that custom tunes are better (I have a 6.0 with QuickTricks tunes) but this will be my wife's daily driver and our 5000 pound camper hauler, I'm looking for maximum MPG and safe transmission tuning. I just want to make sure the TS canned tunes are safe for the tranny. Any input would be extremely helpful. I did some searching and couldn't find any input on how they do with the tranny so that is why I'm starting a new thread.

2006 F-350 CC LWB 4x4 manual.
ARP'S, iTSX (tuned by Vivian), Silverline Turboback, Full Force Diesel 155cc injectors, EGR delete, Barder Stage 1.

Mine are canned tunes been on them for a year now. No slippage or issues, but I'm sure when you plush the 100 and 140 HP settings your gonna see something. I could be wrong though.. I don't use much except the 50hp setting
