7.3 gtx38r baby swamp?

hey guys got a buddy looking at a 2000 eclb 7.3 with baby swamps and a gtx38r turbo with custom tunes no idea who from but hes been looking at 6.0's how would the 38r and babyswamps run compared to say a 6.0 with just a tune. Thx

depends on the tune for the 6.0. but higher hp tunes run the risk of blowing HG's and other issues as well.
baby swamps arent much bigger than stock.
so hes looking at 350 hp on the 7.3.
