Digital gauges

I'm thinking about doing some upgrades to my 7.3 and I'm considering going with digital gauges I've been looking at the CTS insight. I've had numerous gauge setups on different vehicles before. I have a preference for the digital gages, let me know your thoughts on what set up I should go with. Thanks

The insights are good units, but very expensive to add Pyro, boost and fuel pressure to.

You should look into the torque app and get a proper boost, Pyro and Fuel pressure gauge setup
RPM Tim likes this.

If you're really against gauges, just get the CTS and add the egt probe. That'll work just fine too.

So if I had to buy an android phone would the set up still be cheaper than the CTS? Can the program monitor boost pressure and monitor exhaust gas temperature?

Yes alot cheaper, the app is around 5 bucks and the blue tooth connector is around 25 bucks. But if you have to buy a Android phone for X amount it maynot be cheaper but if you already have it then yes defantly cheaper

Digital gauges

Torque does not have the ability to monitor egt or fuel pressure. I recommend gauges. You might like something like Dakota digital or what was posted above.

Yes. Much cheaper. My phone was 30 bucks on Craigslist, 25 for Bluetooth obd deal and 5 bucks for app. Run with my other gauges but I like the setup. Here's a bad pic of the setup but you get the idea. No EGT gauge through the torque app.
