D66 vs 38R any input

Lookin for info on both and specs if possible plan on running 238/100's on forged rods... Thanks guys

I had a van turbo, larger ex turbine and 1.15 AR, cover and backing plate machined to accept Dieselsite's D66 billet wheel. I ask Bob about a 38R wheel in the cover, he said it would work but it wasn't optimal and the D66 wheel was engineering for the conversion. Haven't had time to install it yet though.

PIS 175/80's, Van Turbo with EBPV, BD Billet Wheel
Lots of money spent at RiffRaff
Holley fuel pump, in tank mods, crappy riding leveling kit, DP-F6, 5 Gauges+Edge CS in dash, CB radio in Dash, over 100 goofy little mods
Still pretty slow, just less slow now.
