Cant answer reliability of injectors sold thru him , sure someone else will chime in.
Singles flow a bit more and are supposed to offer better MPG's. require custom tuning to run. I have not seen the said MPG increase with singles.
Your fuel pump and HPOP are both fine , the singles actually require a bit less oil than the splits. Your Mods don't require either unless one is just weak.
Put a John Wood Valve Body in the tranny at a minimum , upgrade to a 6.0 cooler.
Get at least an EGT and Boost gauge to monitor that new power.
I think you'll be happy , cant vouch for TW tunes but lots see to like them.
you probably need to check with them to see what size injectors they are - the stage 1 , 2 and so on can be pretty misleading from one vendor to the next - get a CC size and nozzle size , it removes all doubts as to what you have.
Take 3/4 of the info and recommendations on here with a grain of salt
