Diamond Eye installation??

I bought a 5" Diamond Eye turbo back kit without a muffler for my 2001 7.3 a few weeks ago and finally tried to put it on. Everything went fine until I got to the three straight pieces of 5" that go on before your axle. I know I leave one out (my truck is ext cab short bed) but I can't, for the life of me, figure out which piece I don't need, and what order to put the other two in. I tried several different ways and my bent pipe that goes over the axle is either too far to the front or too far to the back. I was just wondering if someone that has installed it before could give me some tips, thanks for any help!

mine was downpipe, long pipe with the slight bend in it.
the bend goes towards the rear and faces slightly up not down.

then you have to take the straight piece and cut it to size.

then the piece that goes over the axle etc etc.

I finally got a chance to mess with it yesterday, I trimmed about four inches off the longest pipe then it all fit perfectly, thanks! 👌

I haven't got to start it yet, I wrecked it about a month ago and I ordered the exhaust at the same time I ordered all of the parts to fix it. The exhaust just got here quicker so I put it on first, lol. My radiator and intercooler came in today, so hopefully I'll get it on tomorrow and be able to start it, I'll let you know how I like the sound of it

Blue99stroker, that's a good deal! I ordered my 5" straight pipe from performance truck parts and I think it was somewhere around $330
