Dont run a resistor with any type of chip or programmer. It will bump the ICP pressure up way to high.

It will tell the PCM to increase the ICP but the HPOP will not be able to keep up resulting in a feeling of the truck falling on it's face. Get your TS chip reburned with some custom tunes to pickup a few extra ponies if you feel your chip is lacking.
