The problem with that whole thing was where you addmited you had an edge juice. LOL! As I understand it, none of the resister mods will do much of anything on tuned trucks!

That's what I did! I love it!!! I leave it in at all times though. The if the idle bothers me at lights I just put it in neutral. It takes some getting used to.
People have asked me if its a cam too lol!

And YES sir it will break your EDGE! Had a buddy that wouldn't listen to me and it fried his. He ended up unplugging that part and doing the 5.6k Resistor mod by itself. And now his truck performs way better.

I highly recommend this, in case you didn't know, if you put in some kind of boost fooler, you'll see numbers up to 26psi. Stock tuning, injectors, turbo, etc.

The only thing I don't like about the mod is the lopey idle and it KILLS mileage. If I'm not mistaken it bumping up the the oil pressure that opens the injectors makes them open farther. With 4.10's in the big city I get 10mpg including warm-up/cold idle times.

I havent had mine in long enough to notice a change in MPG's. I will post as soon as I do though.

I may have to try the 4K mod. I didnt know that you could go that low.I am wondering whats the lowest you can go before it starts hurting the truck.
