That is what banks told me when I ordered the quick spool housing. I didn't need the wheel because the early 99's is what they were copying.

I have instructions on my site on how to replace the wheel w/o removing the turbo, with pictures.
I also have it for those that want to remove the whole assembly. In addition I have the intruction on how to gut the exhaust valve if you remove the whole assembly.
