HPX line for injector miss?

I still have my mysterious slight miss at idle. The tach will move ever so slightly and you can hear the engine skip a little. Would an HPX line fix this? I have heard the number 8 injector can benefit from this. Not sure if its #8 thats making it shake, but i don't like it. I have driven other 7.3's and not felt the same thing. Any other things i could try? No CEL's or any abnormal behavior.

I added the HPX line to mine, but i did it at the same time i installed the 17* hpop, 230cc injectors and a D66. I honestly cant tell you if it helped because I changed so much...

no,and if it did it would just be covering a problem that will get bigger sometime.

i have the same issue with mine. i am going to try the Cross Connect Kit and see if that helps any. BUt i havent ordered that so i can't tell you. but i did the HPX line and it really did nothing for mine. but things seem to take a bit to work out on these trucks i have found. so i am wating a bit longer to see what happens.

I have heard this is because of the computer learning behaviors. i have had a few issues that by changing something dont work themselves out right away but over time have gone away.

CCK It is from Dino Fuel Alternatives. It connects the rear of the passenger side fuel rail to the front of the drivres side fuel rail therefore supplying more fuel to the #8 cylinder and getting the air out of the system. There is more information about it on the org but it is basically a regulated return without the regulation for big injectors. I have heard you can make you own for cheaper, but i figure for the time and effort to search i will spend the money on this.

I dont know if anyone else manufactured them, this is the only one i have seen. and to be more specific, the regulated return is more for larger injectors and making sure your getting enough pressure to the injectors, the CCK doesnt have regulation as it is not needed for stock injectors.

do u get performance gains from the Dino cross connect kit if u just have stock injectors with stacked tuners?

do you have someone that can do a cylinder contribution test, or a buzz test? I would try that. You are not getting any CELs, how is your fuel filter? if its dirty, it could lead to injector miss....
